機嫌(きげん)よく = cheerfully, with a good grace
ご機嫌(きげん)よう = (greeting) Hello, Good to see you, (farewell) Good-bye, etc.

斜(なな)め読(よ)み = skimming, glancing
斜(なな)め向(む)かい の/に = diagonally across from
斜(なな)めにする = to tilt, to incline (an object)

ご機嫌(きげん)斜(なな)め = out of sorts, in a bad mood
