~ないで ください

“Please don’t feed the carps” in Japanese is:
こいに えさを あげないで ください。
Please don’t … = … [plain non-past negative] + で ください。

さわらないで ください。
Please don’t touch.
おおきな おとを ださないで ください。
Please don’t make any loud noise.

If you don’t put ください, it becomes a bit more casual and direct request.

Don’t go home.

Don’t get angry.
