The expression ～ましょうか is often used when you offer help. The English translation for it is “Shall I …?”
しゃしんを とりましょうか。
= Shall I take a photo (of you)?にもつを もちましょうか。
= SHall I carry your luggage?おてつだいしましょうか。
= Shall I help you?
Sometimes ～ましょうか is also used to suggest an activity when you are not expecting a “no” answer. In this case, the translation should be “shall we…?”
日本に 行きましょうか。
