Gift Wrapping

If you are buying something that could be a gift for someone, many shops will offer gift wrapping for you. It’s often free though you can’t choose the paper or the way they do it.

Possible questions they may ask would be:

At the checkout of a convenience store

When you purchase somethings at a convenience store, the cashier often asks a few questions, such as

1. Shall I warm it up? (for a food item that is usually eaten warm)
2. Would you like a pair of chopsticks? (for obento box, etc.)
3. Would you like a spoon?
4. Would you like a fork?
5. Would you like a bag?
6. Do you have a point card?

The wording of a question can vary but if you hear the following word you will know what is being asked.
