If you want to talk about “late xxx,” you put 晩 (ばん / ban) in front of one of しゅん・か・しゅう・とう, so 晩春（ばんしゅん）、晩夏（ばんか）、晩秋（ばんしゅう）、晩冬（ばんとう）.

If you want to talk about “early xxx”, you put 初 (しょ / sho) in front of か・しゅう・とう in case of “early summer,” “early autumn” and “early winter” but for spring, you have to say 早春 (そうしゅん / soushun), as 初春 (はつはる / hatsuharu or shoshun) usually means “new year.” So, 早春（そうしゅん）、初夏（しょか）、初秋（しょしゅう）、初冬（しょとう）.
