~から and ~ので connection difference

On Monday, I talked about the nuance difference between ~から and ~ので, but today I’m going to talk about the connection difference between the two.

I was late because the bus was delayed.
A: バスが遅(おく)れたから、遅刻(ちこく)しました。
B: バスが遅(おく)れたので、遅刻(ちこく)しました。

Stop is because it’s dangerous.
C: あぶないから、やめなさい。
D: あぶないので、やめなさい。

As above, if you use a verb or いadjective in front of ~から or ~ので, the connection is exactly the same way, but if you are using them with a non-past なadjective or noun, they are no longer interchangeable.

Grandfather is well, so don’t worry about him.
E: おじいちゃんは元気げんきから、心配しんぱいしないでください。
F: おじいちゃんは元気げんきので、心配しんぱいしないでください。

Because Mary is a primary school pupil, her train fare is half price.
G: メアリーちゃんは小学生しょうがくせいから、電車賃でんしゃちん半額はんがくです。
H: メアリーちゃんは小学生しょうがくせいので、電車賃でんしゃちん半額はんがくです。

~から takes だ and  ~のでtakes な in front of it.
