Nuance Difference

晴はれ/ 曇くもり/ 雨あめ/ 雪ゆきでしょう are just predicting what kind of whether we are getting while 晴はれるでしょう / 曇くもるでしょう / 雨あめ になるでしょう / 雪ゆき になるでしょう sounds like there will be a change. So most of the time 晴はれるでしょう implies that the current weather is NOT sunny.

Common Weather Expressions

さわやかな天気てんき	nice, dry weather in spring and autumn
ぐずついた天気てんき	2 or 3 consecutive days of cloudy/wet weather
変かわりやすい天気てんき	changeable weather
天気てんきが下くだり坂ざか	a change of weather from being sunny to being cloudy or from being cloudy to being wet
天気てんきが崩くずれる	a change to a wet weather
快晴かいせい	very sunny weather with almost no clouds
乾燥かんそうした[noun]	dry [noun]
雷かみなり が落おちる	to be struck by (a bolt of) lightning. The noun form is 落雷らくらい
